Frequently asked questions

They are designed for exactly that. Groups are small, the teachers regularly work with over-65s and people coming out of rehab, and every exercise has a seated or supported variation. You start at your own level, not your neighbour’s.

Pilates trains control and deep strength in movement. Pancafit is postural rebalancing work on a specific bench, usually one to one, releasing accumulated tension and working on breathing. People with chronic back pain usually start with Pancafit and add Pilates later.
