Frequently asked questions
The cost depends on the contract level and the hours, not on whoever quotes first. In our first meeting we start from the Italian domestic work national contract and put salary, contributions, the thirteenth month and severance in writing, so you know the real annual cost before signing.
Cover is part of the service: we draw on caregivers we have already trained and who know how we work, and we introduce the replacement before you need her. No family is left uncovered waiting for someone to pick up the phone.
Our own tax and welfare office: contract, social security filing, monthly payslips and year-end adjustments. It is the same desk downstairs, so you never explain the same situation twice to two different advisers.
