The recognition that unlocks support

To access the support available — allowances, attendance allowance, reduced VAT on aids, workplace protections — disability status must be officially recognised by the Italian authorities. It is a step-by-step process that often comes at the hardest moment for a family: we handle it for you, from the claim to the final report.

New claims and reassessments

  • Claim to INPS

We file it for you, as a welfare office.

  • Documents in order

We check everything before it is sent.

  • Reassessments too

When things get worse, a review can be requested.

  • With you to the end

We stay with you after the medical board, too.

How the claim works

It starts with your family doctor, who sends the medical certificate for civil disability to INPS and gives you the receipt. With that receipt we file the claim with INPS. Then comes the appointment with the medical board and, finally, the report. If things get worse over time, the same route applies to a reassessment claim.
