Rental conditions
Few conditions, clear from the start.
- Acceptance: the equipment belongs to Terzetà snc and is delivered in excellent working order and fully serviced.
- User competence: the renter knows how to use, operate and maintain the equipment.
- The renter looks after the equipment with care and returns it in perfect condition; in case of damage, theft or loss, repair or replacement is charged at list price.
- No transfer: the equipment may not be passed on or lent to anyone else.
- Duration: the rental starts on the day of delivery and ends on the day it is returned.
- Rate: varies for each item, with monthly packages where available; a deposit is paid on collection or before shipping.
- Delivery and collection: up to €70, depending on the item, in Varese and nearby towns; further afield €15 every 10 km.
- Anything not covered here is governed by the Italian Civil Code.
Frequently asked questions
One week, because the typical case is coming home after a hospital stay, when nobody yet knows what will still be needed in a month. If the equipment turns out to be essential, we deduct part of the rental already paid from the purchase price.
Every item comes back, is stripped down where it touches the body, sanitised with certified products and mechanically checked before going out again. The service log is kept on file and you are welcome to ask for it.
