The ISEE is the Italian indicator of a household’s financial situation: you need it to apply for bonuses, discounts, social and health-care services and university grants. Which ISEE you need
The standard ISEE covers most bonuses and discounts. For residential health and social care, such as a care home, the situation of children outside the household and recent gifts of property also count. For university services and for minors whose parents are neither married nor living together, the other parent’s situation is also taken into account. We explain it before we start.
What to bring
For everyone in the household. We give you the full list on the phone.
- ID of the person filing and tax codes of all household members
- Income from two years earlier: income statements, returns, other income and allowances
- Balance at 31 December and average balance of accounts, savings books, securities and prepaid cards
- Property records, outstanding mortgage, registered rental agreement
- Vehicle registration numbers, disability reports and personal care costs
